On Saturday, February 4th, Tucson welcomed food lovers to the 4th annual SAVOR festival, featuring more than 75 of the region's chefs, restaurants and Arizona breweries, distilleries, and wineries. This sold-out event was a collaboration with SAACA and Local First Arizona and took place in the lovely setting of the Tucson Botanical Gardens.

    Arizona’s Best Recipes, features recipes from some of the places we’ve identified as the state’s “best restaurants” over the years. With photography by Paul Markow, the book includes step-by-step instructions for creating some of your favorite restaurant dishes in your own kitchen, from Garland’s famous apple tart and the Asylum’s prickly-pear pork tenderloin to Barrio Café’s. The cookbook is previously owned. I have seen no stains, tears, or writing. There are pages filled with delicious recipes such as Pecan Crusted Salmon, Southern-Style Pot Roast with Vegetables, Artichoke Chicken, Coconut Cake with Lemon Filling, Four Layer Chocolate Delight, and Seller Rating: % positive.
